Mindful Technology is a multimedia software company located on Cape Cod in Brewster, Massachusetts that creates, designs and produces a unique series of meditation videos, guided visualizations, and software programs that combine the techniques of Mind Body Medicine with interactive digital sound, enhanced images, video and software design.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
The majority of desktop meditations in the Health and Wellness field are audio CD's or nature videos with classical music soundtracks.  Often these audio meditations are suggestive without being physiologically specific.  The mind body connection is very powerful, therefore it is important to use imagery designed by someone trained in the field of mind body medicine.  Our visualizations are designed by a psychotherapist trained in the field of Mind Body Medicine, Meditation, Clinical Biofeedback, and Psycho-Physiology. 

We use a proprietary technique that enhances single-point focus and meditative states of consciousness to produce VIDEO meditations that simulate the experience of meditation through carefully sequenced flowing and dissolving images.  Our guided AUDIO meditations include authentic sound as it occurs in nature and original musical soundtracks. 
All of our visualizations are being used extensively in clinical settings where they successfully utilize mind body techniques and guided suggestions based on producing actual emotional and physiological outcomes that can be measured.  Mind Technology products are used in Pain Management Clinics, Oncology and Surgical Units, Cardiovascular Rehabilitation, Dental Procedures, Physical Therapy, and in the private practices of other heath care
practitioners.
